Menopause Training
for Leaders

Menopause can significantly impact women’s experiences in the workplace, yet it remains an often overlooked topic in leadership and organisational culture. This training is designed to equip business leaders with the knowledge, awareness, and practical strategies needed to support employees going through menopause. Leaders will gain a clear understanding of how menopause symptoms can affect performance, wellbeing, and retention, and how creating a supportive, open environment can foster greater loyalty, productivity, and inclusivity.

By addressing menopause openly and sensitively, businesses can strengthen their commitment to diversity, equity, and employee wellbeing, ultimately enhancing organisational resilience and success..

Training provided by Clinic Founder and British Menopause Society Specialist, Hazel Hayden.
