Soundbath
Join us for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience designed specifically for women. Immerse yourself in the healing sounds of crystal singing bowls and gongs, promoting deep relaxation and inner peace. Let go of stress and tension as you bask in the soothing vibrations. Peer Connect
PeerConnect is a peer-to-peer matching service designed to bring women together for mutual support during significant life and health journeys.
By registering your interest, you can be matched with another woman who is also seeking connection and understanding. Once matched, your are virtually introduced allowing you to start your journey of support, whether through regular virtual chats, shared resources, or choosing to meet in person.
Empowering women to build meaningful, supportive relationships on their own terms, helping reduce isolation and offering a safe space to share experiences, encouragement, and advice.
