New Menopause Appointment (in-person or video call)

• Single face-to-face (or video call if preferred)
• 50 minute Menopause Consultation
• Discuss symptoms and assess needs
• Health Assessment
• Review current lifestyle
• Provide advice and guidance on treatment options

Prescribe appropriate treatments:

• Discuss supplements and lifestyle changes that may help whilst going through menopause
• Letter to GP to inform of prescription to go NHS prescription service (will be provided within 2 weeks)
• Private prescriptions available

We prescribe HRT according to British Menopause, NICE and International Menopause Society guidelines.
