We're here to support you between your regular, planned appointments! These calls are designed for our existing patients who may need a little extra help or have questions relating to their current plans.
We believe that consultations are an important part of your journey. That’s why we handle all clinical questions and concerns during these sessions rather than through email. Email is best reserved for clarifying details from your consultations or reinforcing any prescribing advice we've provided.
If you have more complex issues to discuss, you’re welcome to request—or we may suggest—moving your next appointment to an earlier date so we can give you the attention you deserve.
Just a quick note: the call fee only covers the session itself and does not include gp letters, change in plan, medications or any pathology tests. But don't worry, if a prescription is needed, we can easily generate it through our online pharmacy as part of this service.
